2021 Silverado approximately 32500 miles. Water pump failure, repaired under warranty. Main wire harness had 3 broken plugs, No warranty offered. Damage blamed on previous Chevrolet dealer. Don't know how they could qualify that. Cost $1650. Truck was in shop for 2 weeks. I was not offered a vehicle to drive. If a GM certified technician caused damages then it should be up to GM to back the warranty and not place burden on the customer. I have been buying new Silverados for a very long time and always been happy. Not happy now. Thanks.

I took my 2022 Chev PU in for a retro fit for chips which were not included at time of lease. The dealer ship called me later that day to tell me I would not get my truck back because it was unsafe to drive and needed a total new steering column. Then they said that no parts were available and it may take 45 days to get some. Not happy !
