RI was very disappointed in the customer service. I called two times on Tuesday without a reply until I stopped in to remind them that they've had my truck for two days for a 20-minute fix. I was rather short with them as when I walked up they were all in a little group looking at a cell phone. So they had it fixed 30 minutes later but I was already in route with my wife's car. I'm not going to get into the medical scare that put her into with our son... Needless to say the entire experience was terrible.
